you'll get your digital music immediately. i'd be surprised if you didn't! check your e-mail!

i use Printful (printful.com) as my partner for physical merch (T-shirts, stuff you can wear or drink out of, all that kind of stuff) - i try to ship everything out through them within five days, depending on the volume of orders i've got on my plate. you'll receive an email concerning shipping from them as soon as that goes out.

for physical music, i also try to ship everything out within five days, or as soon as i can get to a post office, barring extenuating circumstances. once it ships, you should receive an email from Pirate Ship (neo-detritus' postage service) with a tracking number and more information.

Return Policy

digital items can't really be refunded. there's not much i can do about that. sorry. enjoy that Orbit remaster.

physical items, of course, can be returned in certain circumstances. here's the deal with that:

* i use Printful (printful.com) as my partner for physical merch (T-shirts, stuff you can wear or drink out of, all that kind of stuff) and they handle returns for products with errors in printing and other stuff on their part. the return address should be set by default to their shipping address, 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. send it back to them and we'll handle it!
* however, it doesn't look like they handle customer remorse issues (e.g. not liking the design or buying the wrong size) without having me spend money out of pocket to fulfill a new order. to that point, please make sure you've picked the style or size you're looking for at purchase! i run a very small operation here and unfortunately don't yet have the cash to facilitate returns in that manner. contact me through the contact form for sizing guides if necessary - i'll look into it!

physical music is a different story. most of this stuff is stuff i ship out from home. let me know through my contact form if you have any sort of issue when you receive it and i'll happily handle it! :)
